Narsarsukite
Narssârssuk pegmatite, Narsaarsuk Plateau, Igaliku, Kujalleq, Greenland
2.9 x 2.3 x 2.2 cm. Narsarsukite is a rare sodium, titanium, iron silicate relegated to the Alkali Massifs, i.e. Mont St Hilaire, Greenland and the Kola Peninsula. This is a very rare and exceptionally sharp, 1.5 cm, moderately lustrous, yellowish-tan, blocky cleavage nicely set in matrix from the Type Locality. Ex. Will Henderson Collection.
