Very fascinating and elegant specimen of clear golden baryte across the surface of bright white quartz. The quartz has a nice shape to it, composed of several elements fused together. The baryte contrasts beautifully with the white quartz and is mostly distributed over one side. A few small fluorite crystals can be found in some of the crevasses.

13.9 x 6.8 x 4.5 cm. Scintillating quartz points totally cover the pretty mint-green fluorite octahedrons and massive quartz matrix on this striking, sculptural large combination plate from recent finds at the Xiefang Mine. Most such combos have the fluorites uncoated, so this is an uncommon example. Bright purple fluorescence under the quartz.
