Crystal Classics - Der Hammerstein Auctions

Hello, all!

We have auctions from Crystal Classics Auctions Ltd. and Crystal Classics USA ending Sunday 13th August. Some of the specimens live now include:

- A showy cabinet specimen of naturally etched, gunmetal-grey Enargite crystals on a bed of highly lustrous, brassy micro-crystals of Pyrite

- A large thumbnail mounded specimen of butterscotch coloured Pyromorphite crystals to about 1 mm, with an attractive bright lustre

- A thin matrix of well-cemented Permian sandstone has its upper surface encrusted with small Quartz crystals (to 4 mm) and many attractive clusters of the Cu-Fe-Pb sulphosalt Betekhtinite.

- A naturally corroded, orange-candy-pink terminated crystal of the manganese hydrous phosphate mineral Eosphorite

- A beautiful small cabinet specimen of delicate, yet vivid silky-pink Manganoan Calcite occurring as stacked clusters of bundled acicular crystals

- A solid block of metallic, steel-grey coarsely crystallised Cylindrite, a Sn-Pb-Sb-Fe sulphosalt

- A lovely cabinet specimen of gemmy, candy-pink Tourmaline crystals to 2 cm long and 2 mm across, occurring in flattened clusters across a matrix of crystallised Lepidolite mica

- A terrific cabinet display specimen of solid Cerussite forming a domed, hedgehog-like specimen

- A great cabinet specimen of transparent to translucent, colourless-pale grey "Smoky" Quartz crystals to 2.4 x 1.4 cm completely cover a thin Quartz matrix

- A splendid gnarled mass of Native Copper from the famous Keweenaw County in Upper Michigan, USA

- A micromount size specimen of milky, off-white granular and acicular needle quartz, shot-through with buttery-gold granular Native Gold

- An interesting miniature of glassy, translucent complex Calcite crystals to 1 cm on edge, partly coated with micro-crystals of lime green Duftite
