Triangular platy crystal of intermixed Laverovite (predominate) and Kupletskite (subordinate) within white Albite and black to green Aegirine. Note that dark brown massive plate of the yearlier Laverovite is covered by bright light brown fibrous aggregate of the later Laverovite. Analytical data are available at daughter photos. Pavel M. Kartashov analyses, collection and photo.

SEM image in back-scattered electrons. Analyzed particle of dark brown the yearlier Laverovite with marked points of analyses. Point #2 belongs to Zirconian Kupletskite with small octahedral cations in formula (Ti1.04Zr0.88Nb0.08)2.00. Points #1, 3, 4 and 5 are belongs to Titanian Laverovite with compositions (Zr1.08Ti0.86Nb0.06)2.00, (Zr1.02Ti0.91Nb0.07)2.00, (Zr1.00Ti0.95Nb0.05)2.00 and (Zr0.95Ti0.84Nb0.21)2.00. Points #6, 7 and 8 belongs to light-pink fibrous UN close compositionally to Niobokupletskite, but much more rich by manganese (about 1.5 times). The small brightmost octahedral crystals intergrown with this UK are represented by Hydroxymanganopyrochlore-like or Peterandresenite-like cubic phase. Analytical data are available at daughter photos. Pavel M. Kartashov analyses, collection and photo.

EDS spectrum of Laverovite from Poudrette quarry. The spectrum belongs to point analysis #1 from previous SEM image. Occupation of small octahedral cation positions in the point is (Zr1.08Ti0.86Nb0.06)2.00, what in mas.% is 10.43 ZrO2, 5.37 of TiO2 and 0.64 of Nb2O5. Ratio of Mn/Fe (in at.%) is 2.58/1. Pavel M. Kartashov analyses, collection and photo.

SEM image in back-scattered electrons. Analysed particle of the later fibrous light-brown Laverovite with marked points of analyses. Point #6 belongs to Zirconian Kupletskite with small octahedral cations in formula (Ti0.96Zr0.91Nb0.13)2.00. Points #8 belongs to Titanian Laverovite with compositions (Zr0.96Ti0.87Nb0.17)2.00. The point #7 located almost right on border between Titanian Laverovite and Zirconian Kupletskite (Zr0.93Ti0.92Nb0.15)2.00. Note that in this later generation decreasing of Zr contents accompanied by increasing of Nb ones. Pavel M. Kartashov analyses, collection and photo.

EDS spectrum of the later generation of Laverovite from Poudrette quarry. The spectrum belongs to point analysis #7 from previous SEM image. Occupation of small octahedral cation positions in the point is located almost right on border between Titanian Laverovite and Zirconian Kupletskite (Zr0.93Ti0.92Nb0.15)2.00, what in mas.% is 8.95 ZrO2, 5.26 of TiO2 and 1.69 of Nb2O5. Ratio of Mn/Fe (in at.%) is 2.64/1. Note that in later generation of Laverovite in this sample as whole is more niobian and manganoan than yearlier one. Pavel M. Kartashov analyses, collection and photo.
