“Isolated, spherical rosettes of bold blue veszelyite decorate the pale blue and white-gray hemimorphite-coated surface on this small cabinet piece, and show a very unusual radial habit for the species. The sparkling spheres range in size from 2.5 to 5 mm and are composed of tight clusters of bladed crystals. Most of the aggregates are bright blue and some, on one end of the specimen, are lighter blue due to a very fine druse of a late generation of hemimorphite crystals. The backside is largely a granular, white quartz-hemimorphite matrix. Gorgeous. ”
