A cut and polished slab of a hydrothermal breccia comprising clasts of metasedimentary clay slate - locally termed 'killas' and veinstone quartz that has been cemented by tourmaline - most likely schorl. Some cassiterite is also present although it cannot be easily seen in this view. Self collected from dumps of Seal Hole Mine in early 2017. Cutting and polishing undertaken by Peter Trebilcock.
