“Stellate pseudomorphs of “stibiconite” after stibnite. In the cherts at Lookout Pass these small stellate clusters of stibnite formed in cavities that eventually became filled by chalcedony (bluish semi-transparent material) and then the stibnite was replaced by "stibiconite." In addition to this mode of occurrence, much larger crystals and stellate clusters of stibnite and “stibiconite” are found in the matrix. Specimen collected and photographed by Norman King.”
