This specimen came from the sea floor in Newark Bay that was dredged up in a project to deepen the bay and subsequently used as fill in the construction of the Port Elizabeth Mall. More of this material will likely never be encountered again. Although there are a few worldwide localities of this rare species, it is believed that all of them likely are the result of industrial waste products. Ex Josef Vajdak. This specimen consists of lustrous, slightly pearlescent material. Crystal size is 0.73cm x 0.62cm x 0.44cm.
