“After consulting with another professional mineralogist, we determined this new species to be Stilbite which points to a hydrothermal structure. I only found a small pocket with some small zoned fluorites. There is no barite in or around the pocket itself. The quartz found in the same pocket has grown on top of the calcite proving that it was not one upwelling of heated fluid but multiple, at least 2 phases of paragenesis.”
