“Many of these specimens are from the 1970s. This small specimen features a very gemmy well-formed scalenohedron with some smaller twinned crystals. Strontianite is a common association with these specimens, sometimes celestine will also be present. It is common for the calcite crystals to be twinned. It is relatively uncommon to see calcite crystals over 2-3cm from this locality. ”
