Compare UM1994-07-O:BaCrFeMgTi and UM1994-08-O:CaFeKMgTi.
Reported as "K-Cr-priderite" and being its Cr analogue. Also the K analogue of redledgeite. Also the KCr analogue of mannardite.
Irregular particles, up to 100 (but usually 20-50) microns in diameter, in micro-fractures in mathiasite which is somewhat similar in terms of chemistry.
Electron microprobe data, in wt.%: SiO2 0.000-0.678, Al2O3 0.000-0.024, TiO2 58.170-67.648, FeO 1.838-5.594, Cr2O3 ???, MgO 0.110-0.938, K2O 6.453-8.834, Na2O 0.162-0.520, CaO 0.000-0.015, BaO 1.998-7.768, ZrO2 0.843-2.574, SrO 0.000-0.308, MnO 0.000-0.460, V2O5 0.765-1.652, Nb2O5 0.230-1.212, La2O3 0.000-2.051, Ce2O3 0.000-0.628, Ta2O5 0.000-0.995, ZnO 0.000-0.413, total 98.404-101.929. Average wt.% composition leads to the empirical formula of (K1.256Ba0.241Na0.085Ba0.025La0.046)Σ1.628(Cr1.317Fe0.321Mg 0.085V0.093)Σ1.816(Ti6.015Zr0.075Nb 0.029)Σ6.119O16.
