| Comments: | In dolomite and intimately associated with a K-spar and rarely danburite. Specimens preserved at Yale Peabody Museum range from coarse-granular to elongated subhedral (to a few cms), are white, opaque to translucent, with abundant polysynthetic twinning and adamantine luster on the abundant cleavage. Rather dull fluorescence under LW UV, pale yellow-white. |
