First off, does anyone have a copy of this article? Schnorrer-Köhler, G. (1987) Die Minerale in den Schlacken des Harzes Aufschluss, 38, 181-197. Also, any literature on other slag localities is much appreciated. And any literature on the Silver Coin mine, Valmy, Humboldt Co. Nevada.

Hello Ron,

the article " Die Minerale in den Schlacken des Harzes Aufschluss" is a 4-part article, distributed over 4 different volumes. Do you need all 4 parts or only the second part (mentioned in your request).

Anyway, I will send you all four parts.

Ron,

There is no recent review article on the Silver Coin Mine. There is a short (2 page) article mentioned on the locality page, but nothing more recent.

That's odd. I figured someone would have done an article for Rocks & Minerals or the Record by now. Its such an interesting locality for rare species and a micro-mounters heaven.
