Two photos gotta go. No green garnet is known from Quadeville. I'd suggest this is chlorite; perhaps a mixture, perhaps a replacement, definitely not a green garnet from Quadeville. A minute under the scope could clarify the ID, but I can't be positive from the photos.

Almost looks like Diopside or Apatite, but not from that locality, as Diopside is not found there, though the matrix looks about right.

Like Norbert suggested, might be a poorly developed beryl crystal.

Colors a bit odd for beryl, and no clear hex outline... beryl from Quadeville is extremely conservative, you might say, invariably showing the six sided prism, almost never terminated. Possibly a pseudo or cavity filling, really don't think it's a crystal, need to see in person.
